The Prodigal Comes Home (2008)
The latest release of Michael's newest CD provides what is to date probably the most personal and revealing expression of Michael through his music that he has ever recorded. Each and every selection can most certainly be a glimpse into the man he has become and the journey that has taken him from victory to desolation and once again to victory through Christ Jesus. Michael dedicated the entire album to his beloved and treasured Aunt Linda who he recently lost. The song "Have a Little Faith in Me" is his tribute to his wife Marcie and this along with the rest of the CD goes beyond anything Michael has ever done in the recording studio. You will feel every note and experience every lyric through the power of Michael's incredible vocals. Selections include, "Sanctuary", "Feels Like Redemption", "Break Through", "The Only Thing Good In Me", "Don't Think I'm Not Thankful", "Redeem Me", "Time", "A New Day", "The Prodigal Son" and a bonus track "Right Where You Are." The Prodigal Son has come home indeed. |

Heaven to Earth (2000)
This 2000 release gave us the heart stopping release of the title song "Heaven to Earth." Later on - during Michael's concerts he would relate that it was someone very close to him who brought this song he previously recorded to mind during one of his darkest times. They encouraged him to listen to it again and take in the message intended in the music and lyrics. The remaining selections are "Finally Free", "I Will Be", "All Day All Night", "To Live On", "How Grace Feels", "Always Be There", "I'll Believe in You", "I Am Holding You" and "If You Only Knew". |
Gospel (1998)
When "Gospel" was released, it brought Michael back to his musical roots. He dedicated the album to his departed Granny and there is no doubt each and every selection was a moving tribute. The arrangement of "John the Revelator" can bring congregations to their feet in praise. The same could be said for "Gospel Ship" with its rousing and infectious beat. Other favorites highlight the usual power of Michael's vocals are "Blessed Assurance", the remarkable "Midnight Cry", "Up Above My Head", a specific and stirring tribute to his Granny "Go Rest High On That Mountain", along with "Had it Not Been", "Dig A Little Deeper", one of Michael's favorites and a favorite of many of his listeners, "I Bowed On My Knees and Cried Holy", and the poignant "I Surrender All". |
Freedom (1996)
